Welcome the new HARDI MEGA. The biggest lift mounted sprayer on the market. The new functional design and even better overall performance set new standards for lift mounted sprayers. MEGA is utilizing the space between tank and cabin to make space for the large RinseTank, the covered sides protect all important elements as the TurboFiller, filters and storage space. The EasyConnect system allows an easy and quick mounting or demounting of the sprayer, while the integrated storage wheels are easily hidden when the sprayer is in use. When driving, the AirRide suspension helps stabilizing the boom and provides more comfort for the driver. With the ability to spray faster and carry more liquid, the HARDI MEGA is approaching the trailed market.

The DynamicFluid4 system will calculate the consequences of the increased RPM and make the regulation instantly. The DynamicFluid4 property of pro-acting is based on 4 sensors in the fluid system measuring RPM, position of regulation valves, flow and pressure. Combined with a specific new software and a new, unique ceramic regulation valve, DynamicFluid4 is offering precision in the application rate giving the best performance available on the market.
The tanks are made from durable polyethylene. They are resistant against chemicals and are UV stabilized. The tanks also features deep sump to ensure complete emptying of the tank - also on slopes.
On both sides the MEGA features integrated storage. In the storage compartments you will find the TurboFiller, EasyClean suction and Cyclone pressure filter.
The HARDI NK sprayer is one of the most versatile sprayers ever built. The NK is used by professional plant growers all over the world. It finds its use in traditional farming, horticulture, orchards, vineyards and on grasslands. The NK is a durable and well proven sprayer that offers far more features and options than you would expect from a sprayer in this class.
All booms have an adjustable spring loaded break-away to protect the boom in case of accidental encounter with an obstacle in the field.
The single SNAP-FIT nozzle holders have a built-in non-drip diaphragm check valve. The non-drip valve ensures no dripping from the nozzles when the main on/off is closed. The SNAP-FIT system furthermore ensures that all nozzles are in the correct position. A large range of high quality HARDI nozzles is available to suit any spray task.
The 6, 8 and 10 m SB booms are directly mounted to the frame. A mechanical and hydraulic boom lift makes the height adjustment easy and safe. If the NK sprayer will be used in crops with are higher than 50 cm a lift must be ordered to fulfill the EU regulations.
The 12 m MB boom features a trapeze suspension for self-stabilisation and prolonged boom life. On the SB booms they trapeze suspension is an optional.

Concept
Demands for simple and reliable solutions, serviceability and capacity are universal worldwide. The MASTER plus is designed so that the weight is close to the tractor, and the centre of gravity is low. The pump is mounted on the rear frame of the chassis, providing easy service access, and the PTO is not widely angled when the sprayer is lifted up.
The PRO boom is designed and manufactured utilising our knowledge and experience as the world’s leading sprayer specialist. The boom offers every conceivable facility to meet different spraying requirements. The PRO VPZ booms 20 to 28 m have integrated AntiYaw damper on the boom wings. The lattice boom structure ensures a strong and rigid boom; the bases for exact and uniform spray distribution. The nozzles, spray lines and hoses are all well protected within the boom design.
The HARDI TWIN is the most proven spraying system in the world and has shown its reliability. Its unique form of air assistance provides magnificent drift control, the highest fieldwork rate with benefits of notable chemical savings.
The whole range of PRO booms is equipped with an AntiYaw device. The AntiYaw is incorporated into the boom on VP and on the boom centre on VH. The anti yaw secures optimal spray application and minimizes stress on the sprayer.
All boom functions on the VPZ booms from 20 to 28 m can be electro-hydraulically operated, from a compact conveniently located control panel. The primary controls, those which are most used in the field, are grouped together for ease of use, such as boom height, independent tilting of either boom section and complete boom slanting. With all other controls conveniently placed to hand, the MASTER plus is easy to operate.
